Luxury dog grooming
Every spa package we offer includes the following: First, an acclimation period. This is a time dedicated to encouraging our guests to explore our space, get to know their stylist, and make some doggy friends. Once your pup as settled in, we will advance to a full body assessment so we can properly address any areas of concern such as tangles, yeast, shedding, brittle hair, dry skin, cracked pads, areas sensitive to touch, dental issues etc. Next, they will indulge in a warm bubble bath where they will be lathered in the highest quality shampoos and a moisturizing leave-in conditioner. Then, they will be toweled off, and fluff dried by hand. If your pet requires a trim, our stylist will take special care to produce a custom cut that fits your lifestyle and taste. All spa packages also include ear cleaning, and nail filing (to reduce accidental scratching). Our stylists will take note of your fur baby's mental, emotional and physical needs, and will adjust their techniques accordingly. Your pet's comfort is our number one priority!
*Prices vary depending on guests’ coat type and condition, the frequency of service, and the style of bath or trim chosen. New guests must complete our orientation program in order to schedule any spa services.

Guest REQUIREMENTS and Orientation
For the safety and comfort of our guests, we require the following:
Vaccines: We require proof of Rabies, Distemper and Parvo. We do not require or recommend the Bordetella or Flu vaccines. Any guest who receives the Bordetella vaccine must wait 10 days to enter our resort.
Socialization: Since the opportunity for socialization is a big part of what we offer at our day spa, we are not a good fit for dogs who exhibit insecure, dominate or reactive or behaviors toward other dogs or people. We are an oasis for pups who enjoy the company of others! Any prospective guests must pass our thorough temperament test in order to use our services.
Healthy Separation: In order to nurture a calm environment, our guests must be capable of managing stress when their parents are not present. We are happy to offer comfort and patience to a guest exhibiting mild unease, but excessive distress such as loud vocalization, heavy panting, uncontrollable shaking, and extreme agitation is not suitable for our environment. If your dog experiences separation anxiety, we recommend in-home or mobile grooming. We will always put your bestie’s comfort first!
Frequency: Did you know your dog’s skin and coat dies and regenerates every 21-29 days? Yep, you may start to notice a Frito smell, a layer of grime on their coat or excessive shedding when you pet them. That’s old, dead skin cells! The issue is, without assistance from us, those old (stinky/grimy) cells can get stuck on top of the healthy new ones. As skin and coat specialists, we are trained to gently and effectively remove the dead cells while supporting and stimulating the growth of new ones. This process eliminates the risk of build up which leads to irritation, skin issues, matting, scratching and even hot spots. To ensure optimal skin and coat health, we recommend professional grooming every 4-6 weeks.
Safe Handling: For the safety of both our team and our guests, we must be able to safely complete services without major reactivity or aggression. Being trained in dog behavior, we are able to handle mild cases of fearfulness or unease, but we recommend seeking a specialist for more advanced cases.
Cancellation Policy and COF: In order to keep our salon running smoothly, we have a 24 hour cancelation policy in place. We charge a fee of 50% of any scheduled service cancelled within 24 hours and 100% if a guest no-shows. To ensure a seamless booking experience, we require a credit card to be kept on file. This helps us secure appointments and uphold our cancellation policy.
Orientation: Because safety and personalized care are our top priorities, we require a two-hour orientation with new fur guests which includes a temperament and behavior assessment before booking a full service bath or groom. This service is $25 dollars and we collect that fee at the time of booking. At the end of our orientation program, we will review their report card with you, discuss our recommendations, and go over an estimate for pricing.
